Erik Stokes is currently an Assistant Chief of Police for Farmers Branch. He has 28 years of experience as a licensed peace officer and is experienced in almost every division of the department. He currently has executive leadership of the Support Services Bureau, consisting of Criminal Investigations, Detention Services, Records Section, Professional Services Division, Special Investigations, and the Training Division of the Farmers Branch Police department. Stokes received both his Master of Arts in Criminal Justice and Bachelor of Arts in Applied Arts and Science from Midwestern State University.
